Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Nareli for development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Nareli provides Shopify development services including but not limited to custom theme development, app development, store migration, and optimization. The specific scope of work will be defined in individual project agreements.
3. Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% is required to commence work
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion
- Invoices are payable within 14 days
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly fee
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code and designs created specifically for their project. Nareli retains the right to use general techniques and knowledge gained during the project.
5. Revisions and Changes
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes may be subject to additional fees. Major changes to project scope will require a new agreement.
6. Warranties and Limitations
Nareli warrants that all work will be performed professionally and will function as specified. We provide a 30-day warranty period for bug fixes on completed projects. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party apps, theme updates, or client modifications.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical implementations, and client data.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
