Projects

  • Muscintime

A brand rework for Muscintime called for a new Shopify website.

    E-commerce · Web · 2026 · live

After working in 2025 on a modular theme for Muscintime, to fix performance issues and give the CRO agency its autonomy, Muscintime needed a brand rework.

Nine months of work made that rework real: the website was entirely reviewed and the whole user experience reworked, so hundreds of thousands of visitors can buy the ~300 new products under the new brand.

On this project I was the technical reference for the Shopify side, and helped the CRO agency move onto the new version of the website and prepare the launch.

On 1 September 2026 the new website went live, ready to take thousands of orders.

The major technical challenge was making all of the following work together:

    Shopify limitations
    Modularity of the website
    Performances
    All connected apps redesign

Every part of this project ran into technical limits, and I had to find workarounds or solutions that were not documented anywhere. A lot of reverse engineering went into understanding how the different constraints actually work.

  • Gantt MCP

An MCP service that spares you the pain of building Gantt charts by hand, and wins back the time.

    Gantt MCP · Freemium · 2026 · live

My analysis is that building Gantt charts today is a pain, while most companies already have an AI subscription in hand. Gantt MCP makes that subscription and project planning work together.

Connect it to Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor or any MCP client, describe the project in plain language, and it schedules every task across your team - dependencies, working calendars, resource capacity, critical path - then hands back a shareable chart URL and a PNG you can drop straight into a deck.

    Dependency Scheduling
    Working Calendars
    Resources and specialties
    Levelling and warnings
    Group and WBS rollup
    Critical Path and milestones
    Progress and baselines
    Any unit
    SVG, PNG and CSV exports

All of these capabilities, combined with the AI's reasoning and the extra information gathered from your task management apps and internal tools, help you build the most reliable Gantt for your projects.

Free for small and medium projects; collaborating on Gantts needs one small subscription, which will represent less than 0.01% of your project cost.

  • Localhost Aliases

A Mac app that gives every local dev server a memorable address, like http://groot.test, instead of a port number.

Mac native app and web · 2026 · shipped

Localhost Aliases keeps a small root agent on the machine and maps hostnames to 127.0.0.1 ports, so a project answers at a name you can remember and share across its tooling rather than at :3001 today and :3002 tomorrow.

Aliases are created from a native app, a CLI, or an MCP server, which means an AI coding agent working in a repo can name the dev server it just started. A project can carry its own alias in a small JSON file, so the mapping travels with the code.

While the app is running, adding or removing an alias needs no admin prompt; the one-time setup is the only moment macOS asks. Project aliases are plain http on purpose: a local development address has nothing to protect and nothing to certify.

Shipped in 2026 as part of the Nareli tooling, and used daily on every project here, this one included.

  • VSCode Git Commit

A VSCode extension that templates commit messages in the editor.

    TypeScript · VSCode API · 2022 · on hold

An extension that standardises Git commit messages from inside VSCode: an interface that generates structured, consistent messages, so a project's history stays readable.

The idea came out of company work, where every developer wrote commit messages their own way and the history became hard to follow. A uniform frame makes the convention the path of least resistance rather than a document nobody opens.

Over 40 stars on GitHub and more than 20 000 downloads. The numbers say it found the developers who had the same problem.

After the first release I added a dedicated site: a configuration generator with a real interface, and a web version of the documentation.

Development is on hold, deliberately. The successor extends the same idea across multiple editors from a single, more flexible configuration file.

  • Diagevol

The showcase site for Alpha8's SaaS product, DiagEvol.

    Web · design & build · 2021 · shipped

Built during full-time work at Alpha8: the showcase site diagevol.fr, taken from partial mockups through to production.

Diagevol is Alpha8's questionnaire and diagnostics SaaS. The site had to make its features legible — custom questionnaires, automatic analysis of responses, generated professional reports — and show how it changes the way a company collects and reads its own data.

I produced the graphics and built most of the site alone, against a tight deadline, which meant prioritising the modules that carried the business case and letting the rest wait.

  • Britch

A Chrome extension adding a brightness and contrast gauge to Twitch.

    Chrome extension · JavaScript · · live

Britch gives Twitch viewers precise control over the brightness and contrast of a live stream, so the picture can be tuned to the screen it is actually being watched on.

It started from a complaint heard often: viewers could not clearly make out what was happening on screen.

Twitch's video is frequently darker than what the streamer sent, which hurts most on horror games and dark scenes. Every viewer's display is different too, so the adjustment has to be per-person rather than global.

  • Outrans Counter

A synced entry counter for the Outrans association's 15-year event.

    Web · multi-device sync · · shipped

A mobile web app built for the Outrans association's fifteenth anniversary. Capacity was limited, so volunteers needed a counter synchronised across several devices to manage entries precisely.

Access is gated with hashed codes — light, but enough that only the volunteers running the door can reach the data.

Beyond counting, custom scripts generate detailed statistics, giving the association a picture of how the event actually ran and something to plan the next one against.
